Warranty Policy
1. Our Commitment to Quality
At CEARVOL, we have full confidence in the quality and reliability of the hearing aids we sell. We deeply understand the importance of hearing devices in your daily life; therefore, we are dedicated to providing you with durable, high-performance products, backed by comprehensive after-sales support to ensure your peace of mind.

2. Warranty Period
We offer a standard limited warranty of [1 Year / 2 Years] from the date of receipt for the main unit of all hearing aids purchased through official channels. We fully respect and comply with the statutory consumer rights requirements applicable in your region (such as the statutory warranty periods applicable in most European countries); this warranty policy provides additional protection beyond your statutory rights and does not in any way diminish the rights you are entitled to by law.

3. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if your hearing aid fails to function properly due to defects in materials or manufacturing workmanship, we will provide repair services free of charge. If the device cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a brand-new unit or a refurbished unit of equivalent performance. Specific components covered include:

Malfunctions of the internal microprocessor and amplifier

Non-human-induced functional failures of the microphone or speaker (receiver)

Abnormal degradation of the internal rechargeable battery (excluding normal aging)

4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage (Disclaimer)
Please note that, to ensure the fairness of this policy, the following situations are not covered under our free warranty:

Consumables and Accessories: Components subject to normal wear and tear—such as ear tips (silicone domes), sound tubes, cleaning brushes, and replaceable zinc-air batteries—are excluded.

Human-Induced Damage and Negligence: Physical damage resulting from dropping, accidental crushing, or severe impact.

Water and Moisture Damage: Unless the product is explicitly rated for a specific level of water resistance, damage caused by exposure to liquids—such as during swimming, bathing, or in high-humidity environments—is not covered.

Blockage by Foreign Objects: Reduced volume or complete loss of sound caused by blockages in the microphone or speaker due to earwax (cerumen) accumulation (please refer to the user manual for instructions on regular cleaning).

Unauthorized Disassembly or Repair: Malfunctions resulting from disassembly, modification, or repair attempts performed by technicians not authorized by CEARVOL. 5. How to Request Warranty Service
If your hearing aid requires warranty service, please follow these steps:

Step 1 (Contact & Diagnosis): Please contact our technical support team via email at [suazoboersma@gmail.com], providing your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. Many common issues can be resolved through our remote guidance.

Step 2 (Obtain Authorization): If it is determined that the device requires return for inspection, we will issue you a Warranty Return Authorization (WRA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

Step 3 (Return the Device): Please package the hearing aid securely and ship it to our After-Sales Center:
