Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
We understand the importance of hearing devices in your daily life, and we are committed to getting our products into your hands as quickly as possible.

Once full payment has been received, all hearing aid orders typically require [1-2 business days] for order verification, quality checks, and proper packaging.

Order processing takes place on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If you place an order on a weekend or a public holiday, we will begin processing it on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations
CEARVOL is based in Colorado, USA; however, our logistics network spans the globe. We have established dedicated, optimized shipping lanes specifically for our core European markets (including Germany, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and others) to ensure that your hearing devices clear customs safely and quickly, and are delivered to you promptly.

3. Shipping Methods, Times, & Costs
We provide transparent shipping cost calculations directly on our checkout page. Specific delivery times depend on your shipping address:

Standard Shipping:

Estimated Transit Time: Shipping to Europe and most international regions typically takes [e.g., 7-12 business days].


4. Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For cross-border shipments (e.g., those sent to EU countries):

All applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and customs duties are included in your order total at the time of checkout. You will not be required to pay any additional customs clearance fees or hidden charges upon receipt of your package.

Once your hearing aid has been shipped, we will immediately send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email will contain a tracking number and a link allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress. You can use this link—or visit our website—to track your package in real-time at any time. Tracking information is typically updated within [e.g., 24-48 hours] after shipment. 6. Lost, Damaged, and Incorrect Addresses

Shipping Damage: If the package you receive shows visible physical damage, please take photographs immediately upon receipt (within [48 hours]) and contact us via email; we will arrange a replacement for you.

Incorrect Address: Please carefully verify your shipping address during checkout. If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, CEARVOL will not be responsible for the resulting reshipment costs.
